Canaan Online - Support

Our Canaan Online support team can use either "RustDesk" or "TeamViewer" to connect to your computer to assist with the install and training of our Canaan Online application.

Someone from our support team will instruct you which tool to use.

 RustDesk:

  1. Click the following RustDesk image to download the RustDesk Support Application. 
  2. Run the Downloaded Application from your computer download folder.
  3. Provide the RustDesk ID and Password to the support member.
  4. If you receive a Windows Firewall has blocked some features of CanaanRustDesk Remote Desktop message. You can click on the "Allow Access" button.
  5. You will also see a message box on the right of your screen that is displaying some information. Click the green "Accept and elevate" button.

TeamViewer:

  1. Click the following TeamViewer image to download the TeamViewer Application. 
  2. Run the Downloaded Application from your computer download folder.
  3. Provide the TeamViewer ID and Password to the support member.
  4. If you receive a Windows Firewall has blocked some features of TeamViewer message. You can click on the "Allow Access" button.

You can phone our Canaan Online support team at 870-330-7007 ext # 3.

Our normal hours for Technical Support are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (CST) with the exception of major holidays. Our Support Team is ready to answer any of your questions.
