Our goal is to provide personalized, knowledgeable, friendly service to each client that uses Canaan Title Plant, and other supported products.  We answer the phone and work hard to knock out whatever issue you may be having, whether it's the title plant software, backups, server issues, printers and much more. The staff at Canaan Title Solutions has worked for years in the title software industry helping clients with a variety of issues everyday. The core of our company has over 65 years of combined knowledge of title plant software support and over 85 years of combined computer support know-how.

Our normal hours for Technical Support are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (CST) with the exception of major holidays.

Our support team can use "TeamViewer" to connect to your computer to assist with support issues. Someone from our support team will instruct you how to use this helpful tool.

Support Agreements
Support Agreements may be purchased for title plant software. The Support Agreements are renewed annually and cover phone support. Our technicians are available to schedule any needed on-site support. There will be additional charges for mileage, hours, and room and board for on-site visits.
